What are your business hours?
Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Whenever our business office is closed, you can always place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing orders can take from 3 business days to 14 business days. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email of the estimated delivery schedule.
The coronavirus is affecting every aspect of our lives. We are taking extra precautions because of COVID-19 and working in shorter staggered shifts with fewer people. This is causing shipping delays. Orders may take an additional 5-7 days just to leave our shop. We are doing everything we safely can to get back to shorter turnaround times.
1. How do you ship?
We ship most orders via UPS using the least amount of packaging material possible. Orders shipped outside of the US are shipped via USPS.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are packed and shipped within 3 to 14 business days from receipt of payment. Holidays may affect schedules.
UPS Ground takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to arrive once shipped--depending on your zip code.
Our business days are Monday through Friday.
3. How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way.
What if a product arrives damaged or broken?
We try our best to pack our products carefully so that they are protected during the shipping process, however, once they leave our facility, it is hard to know how carefully they are handled.
If you have received a product that arrived damaged or broken, please contact our business office so that we can remedy the situation.Your satisfaction is our goal.

What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our all-natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.
Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are really unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.
1. I have allergies, what products are safe for me?
Trying to choose the right natural soap and skin care products can be a bit overwhelming especially when you have allergies and/or skin sensitivities.
Since we proudly list every ingredient in all of our products, reading the ingredient list will help to eliminate ingredients that may cause you problems.
2. What if my product melts in warm weather?
During warm weather, products may soften or even melt as they sit in warm mail trucks, mailboxes, or on front porches. However, the quality and healing properties of our products are not affected by melting.
On sunny or warm days, BEFORE opening the products, place the items in your refrigerator for a few hours to allow them to harden, just in case they have melted in transit.
3. Will your products heal my skin condition?
Customers often reach out regarding questions about chronic irritated or inflamed skin problems. While we cannot promise that our products will help heal inflamed or irritated skin conditions, we have received a lot of feedback from customers telling us that our products have helped soothe irritated skin problems. We do remind customers who have chronic irritations to journal their diet along with any item they’re applying to their skin to help target the source of the irritation.
